摘　　要：介绍了提升曲轴强度的重要方法深滚压,对常用的滚压机的类型及厂家进行了说明,针对性的讲解了德国Hegenscheidt滚压机的结构和工作原理,重点阐述了滚压过程和校直过程的过程及原理,采用检具测量、目视检查、感官检查等控制方法控制过程质量,通过定期疲劳试验检测控制曲轴加工后的疲劳强度。Important way to improve the crankshaft strength are introduced in this deep rolling,roller mill of com-monly used to illustrate the types and manufacturers,and explained the German Hegenscheidt targeted the structure and working principle of roller mill,and expounds the process of rolling and straightening process,the process and principle of measurement by fixture,visual inspection,sensory inspection process quality control methods,such as control,through regular fatigue test to control the crankshaft fa-tigue strength after processing.
