摘　　要：介绍了一款基于国产高档数控机床组成的发动机缸体柔性生产线,提升了国产装备可靠性与精度稳定性,提高了国产设备的应用效率,掌握了国际先进的发动机制造加工技术,具备了生产线整体解决方案的能力,从而降低了汽车的制造成本,提升我国汽车工业的自主化的制造能力。With the rapid development of the automotive industry,the flexible automatic production line has been increasingly used in manufacturing of the key components of the auto-engine.This paper introduces a flexible production line based on the engine cylinder of domestic high-grade CNC machine tool components,The reliability and accuracy stability of domestic equipment are improved,The application efficiency of domestic equipment is improved,master the international advanced engine manufacturing technology,have the ability to produce overall solution of the production line,thereby reducing the manufacturing costs,Enhance the independent manufacturing capacity of China's automobile industry.
