摘 要:当前大学生在道德和人格层面的认知和实践中的矛盾主要可归结为两个方面:首先是理想中的高自我期望与现实中自我评价不高之间的差距;其次是对核心价值观的高认同度与实际行为不足之间的差距。王阳明对"心即理"命题的阐释,高扬了人的主体性,奠定了人不断完善自我,成就完满道德人格的哲学基础。阳明的"知行合一"思想给我们巨大启示,对本体的认知只有展开为过程,落实于实践,只有通过实践才能让学生体验到道德规范的具体性和丰富性,从而从身心合一的维度达到真知。阳明以"乐"的工夫来"致良知",寓教于乐,启示我们把德育教育和美育教育结合起来,通过"乐"的工夫来潜移默化地激发每个人的本心"良知",从而达到"无入而不自得"的至善和至乐境界。At present,the contradictions between college students’cognition and practice in moral and personality can be summed up in two aspects.The first is the gap between the ideal high self expectation and the low self evaluation in reality.The second one is between the high degree of recognition of core values and the lack of practical behavior.Wang Yangming interpreted“mind is reason”that has promoted human subjectivity and laid the philosophical foundation for people to constantly improve themselves and achieve perfect moral personality.The idea of“the unity of knowledge and practice”of Yangming gives us great inspiration.The cognition of the noumenon is only carried out as a process and implemented in practice.Only through practice,students experience the concreteness and richness of the moral norms so as to achieve the true knowledge from the dimension of the combination of body and mind.Yangming’s thought that with the“happiness”to“lead to the conscience”inspires us to combine moral education with aesthetic education.Through“happiness”we will inspire each person’s conscience in a subtle way so as to achieve the best and most happy state.
