利福喷丁联合左氧氟沙星对复治肺结核病患者化疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复治肺结核患者化疗中采取利福喷丁联合左氧氟沙星治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2016年5月至2017年5月本院门诊接收的66例复治肺结核患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组采取左氧氟沙星联合利福平治疗,观察组给予左氧氟沙星+利福喷丁治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果观察组患者疗程结束时的细菌阴转率、病灶总吸收率及空洞闭合率高于对照组(P<0.05),两组治疗中均出现肝功能损害、恶心、呕吐、转氨酶升高,患者经对症治疗及护肝治疗后基本完成疗程,观察组治疗中7例(21.21%)出现不良反应,对照组9例(27.27%),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复治肺结核患者化疗中采用利福喷丁联合左氧氟沙星治疗,能明显提高疗效,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of rifapentin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis patients.Methods A total of66cases retreated pulmonary tuberculosis from May2016to May2017in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with33cases in each group.The control group was given levofloxacin combined rifampin and the observation group received levofloxacin+rifapentine.The clinical effect was observed.Results Compared with the control group,the negative rate of bacteria,the total absorption rate and the void closure rate at the end of the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).There were16cases of liver function damage,nausea,vomiting and aminotransferase in the two groups.The patients completed the course of treatment after symptomatic treatment and liver protection,and in the observation group,7cases(21.21%)had adverse reactions,9cases(27.27%)in the control group,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rifapentin combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of retreated pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly improve the curative effect and is worthy of clinical promotion.
