摘　　要：本文首先简要论述了机械密封的基本概念,详细介绍了安装、使用及拆卸等环节的注意事项,深度剖析了机封泄漏的根本原因,并提出了切实可行的优化改进策略,旨在延长机械密封使用寿命,降低检修频率和难度,确保生产加工的有序运转。This paper first briefly discusses the basic concepts of mechanical seals,introduces in detail the matters needing attention in installation,use and disassembly,analyzes in depth the fundamental causes of seal leakage,and puts forward feasible optimization and improvement strategies,aiming at prolonging the service life of mechanical seals,reducing the frequency and difficulty of maintenance,and accurately Ensure the orderly operation of production and processing.
