摘 要:随着我国高等教育毛入学率的提高,高等教育已经由精英教育走向大众化教育。随着办学规模的扩大、招生人数的增加,办学质量凸显出不平衡,生源质量也参差不齐。一部分学生达不到培养计划要求,受到学业警告、降级、不予授予学位甚至退学,给学生及其家庭带来很大的打击,也给学校、社会带来很多不稳定因素。为避免或减少此类情况的发生,培养出高质量大学生,文章提出多因素关联的学业预警和跟踪反馈机制,将关卡提前,结合多方面因素加强预防,帮助学困生摆脱学业困境。With the improvement of gross enrollment rate of higher education in China,higher education has gone from elite education to popular education.With the expansion of the scale of running schools and the increase of enrollment,the quality of running schools is uneven,and the quality of students is uneven.Some students fail to meet the requirements of the training plan,are warned by academic work,demoted,do not grant academic degrees or even drop out.It is a great blow to the students and their families.To avoid or reduce the occurrence of such a situation and try to improve the quality of college students,this paper proposes a multi-factor related academic early warning and tracking feedback mechanism.It will warn them in advance and strengthen prevention in combination with many factors to help the students to get rid of their academic difficulties.
