导师在研究生思想政治教育中作用的长效机制研究

摘　　要：对高校研究生来说,导师起到了非常重要的作用,对研究生的思想政治教育产生了一定的影响。但是,现阶段我国高校研究生思想政治教育的效果并不明显,许多研究生并没有真正意识到思政教育的重要性,也没有在学习、生活中将思政教育的价值充分体现出来。因此,想要培养出高素质的研究生人才,必须充分发挥出导师在思政教育中的作用。鉴于此,本文对研究生思想政治教育中导师的地位进行了分析,并对目前导师在研究生思想政治教育中存在的问题及如何发挥出导师在研究生思想政治教育中的作用等方面的内容进行了论述。For college graduate students,tutors play a very important role and have a certain influence on the ideological and political aspect of graduate students.However,at the present stage,the effect of ideological and political education for Chinese graduate students is not obvious.Many graduate students have not really realized the importance of ideological and political education,nor have they fully reflected the value of ideological and political education in their study and life.Therefore,in order to cultivate high-quality graduate students,it is necessary to give full play to the role of tutors in ideological and political education.In view of this,this paper analyzes the status and problems of tutors in ideological and political education,and discusses how to play the role of tutors in ideological and political education.
