交往视域下高校辅导员德育工作探析

摘　　要：辅导员是高校德育工作的中坚力量,辅导员与学生的交往蕴含着丰富的德育契机,本文从交往视角出发,反思了当下高校辅导员德育工作存在的问题,提出辅导员可以从生活交往、学习交往及工作交往三方面进行德育渗透。Counselors are the backbone of moral education in colleges and universities.This paper rethinks the existing problems of moral education in college counselors,and puts forward that counselors can carry out moral education from three aspects of life communication,learning and communication and work communication.
