利用铁路开行市域列车可持续运营研究

摘　　要：在我国大力发展城市群背景下,利用铁路开行市域列车是解决都市圈内部交通的经济可行的办法,但市域列车与干线列车共线运行存在一系列不可持续的问题。结合成都和重庆市域列车开行方案的编制,在分析市域列车运输组织特征的基础上,从保持合理的市域列车服务水平的角度,对利用铁路开行市域列车实现可持续发展的途径进行研究。通过重庆市利用铁路开行市域列车的案例,说明该思路是可行的,期望能对其他类似都市圈开行市域列车提供借鉴和参考。Under the background of vigorously developing urban agglomeration in China,it is an economic and feasible way to use railway to run suburban trains in urban agglomeration.However,the shared track operation of suburban trains and trunk trains cause a series of problems,which leads to the unsustainable operation of suburban trains.Based on the analysis of the organization characteristics of suburban train operation and organization in Chengdu and Chongqing,this paper studies the sustainable operation scheme of suburban train from the point of view of maintaining a reasonable level of train service.It discusses the feasibility of using railway to run suburban trains in Chongqing,providing recommanditions and references for other silmilar suburban train operations.
