摘  要:目的探讨不同年龄段儿童25-羟维生素D3[25(OH)VD_3)]及骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)水平与佝偻病之间的关系。方法收集佝偻病患儿72例,同期健康体检儿童80例,比较2组不同年龄段儿童25(OH)VD3、BALP水平的差异及二者的相关性。结果不同年龄段佝偻病患儿和非佝偻病儿童25(OH)VD3均随着年龄的增大而呈明显下降趋势,不同年龄间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段佝偻病和非佝偻病儿童BALP水平随年龄的增加呈明显上升趋势(P<0.05)。佝偻病儿童25(OH)VD_3水平与BALP水平呈中度负相关(r=-0.347,P=0.029)。结论佝偻病儿童随着年龄增加,维生素D缺乏情况越严重,而非佝偻病儿童也随年龄增加而出现维生素D水平降低现象,临床及儿童预防保健人员要注意年长儿童缺钙现象。Objective To explore the relationship between25-hydroxy vitamin D3(25(OH)VD3)and bone alkaline phosphatase(BALP)in different age groups and rickets.Methods72children with rickets were collected and80healthy children were enrolled in the same period.The difference of25(OH)VD3and BALP levels in the two groups of children and the correlation of the two were compared.Results25(OH)VD3of children with rickets and non rickets in different ages showed a significant decreasing trend with the increase of age,and there were significant differences between different ages(P<0.05).The BALP level of children with rickets and non rickets in different age groups increased significantly with age(P<0.05).There was a moderate negative correlation between25(OH)VD3level and BALP level in rickets children(r=-0.347,P=0.029).Conclusions With the increase of age,the vitamin D deficiency is more serious in rickets children,while those in children who are not rickets also appear to decrease with the age of vitamin D.
