摘 要:心脏外科医生可通过冠脉造影或64排CT了解心外膜血管解剖层面的改变,从而极大地降低了心脏手术的风险。冠脉微循环异常可导致心肌灌注不足从而引发心肌缺血,其在心肌中广泛分布但冠脉造影不可见,因此如何在术前、术中和术后评估冠脉微循环状况是众多心外科医生所面临的一个的重要问题。本文对术前、术中和术后冠脉微循环评估方法在临床中的应用作一综述。It is well known that abnormal coronary microcirculation can lead to myocardial perfusion deficiency and even lead to myocardial ischemia.Cardiac surgeons can use coronary angiography or 64-slice CT to obtain changes in the anatomic level of the epicardial vessels,which greatly reduces the risk of heart surgery.However,coronary microcirculation is widely distributed in the myocardium,and coronary angiography is not visible.Therefore,how to evaluate coronary microcirculation before,during and after surgery is an important issue faced by many cardiac surgeons.This paper reviews the clinical application of coronary microcirculation assessment methods before,during and after surgery.
