摘  要:蛋白质是生命的物质基础,是畜禽日粮中最主要的物质之一,也是衡量饲料营养价值和确定饲料等级的重要指标,对这项指标的准确测定是饲料品质分析中的重要内容。测定饲料中粗蛋白的含量,对于评价饲料的营养价值、合理开发利用饲料蛋白资源、提高产品质量、优化饲料配方、指导经济核算及生产过程控制均具有重要的意义。文章对饲料中粗蛋白测定方法(GB/T6432-1994)中半微量蒸馏法过程逐步进行解析,并指出测定过程中的关键影响因素及解决办法。Protein is the material basis of life,one of the most important substances in the diet of livestock and poultry,and an important index to measure the nutritional value of feedstuffs and determine the feedstuffs grade.Accurate determination of this index is an important part of feed quality analysis.Determination of the crude protein content in feedstuffs is of great significance for evaluating the nutrition value of feedstuffs,rationally developing and utilizing feed protein resources,improving product quality,optimizing feed formula,guiding economic accounting and production process control.The article gradually analyzed the process of semi-micro distillation in the determination method of crude protein in feedstuffs(GB/T 6432-94),and pointed out the key influencing factors and solutions in the determination process.
