社会治理创新视野下医患矛盾的社会工作介入研究——基于武汉市P医院实践的案例分析

摘　　要：基于武汉市P医院的实践,总结了社会工作介入医患矛盾的专业价值,提出了构建社会工作介入医患矛盾长效机制的方式。研究表明,社会工作专业方法的应用,可以增进医患双方的沟通,加强信任,建立起同类群体间的情感支持和社会支持,寻找妥善的解决方案,从而有利于医患矛盾的预防和化解。医患矛盾的社会工作介入问题应引起医院、高校和政府的重视,从社会宣传、组织体制、人才培养和政策支持等多角度构建长效机制。Based on the practice of Hospital P in Wuhan,this paper summarizes the professional value of social work’s intervention in doctor-patient conflict,and proposes the way to construct a long-term mechanism for such intervention.The study of the hospital’s practice reveals that the application of professional methods in social work can enhance communication between doctors and patients,strengthen their mutual trust,and establish emotional and social support among similar groups of people to find appropriate solutions,thus facilitating the prevention and resolution of doctor-patient conflict.Hospitals,universities and the government should give sufficient attention to such intervention and build a long-term mechanism from various angles including public education,organizational system,personnel training,and policy support.
