摘  要:壳聚糖因其对红细胞的诱导聚集作用以及对血小板的活化作用而具有良好的止血效果。然而,因其剂型不同,其止血效果及止血机理不尽相同。本文对本实验室自制的羧化壳聚糖纤维的止血机理进行了探究,主要结果表明,羧化壳聚糖纤维主要通过超吸收血液中的水分促使红细胞、血小板的富集从而达到迅速止血的效果。该羧化壳聚糖纤维未来有望在急救止血领域中得到广泛应用。Chitosan exhibits a good hemostatic abi lity,due to its excellent characteristics including induction of red blood cell aggregation,acceleration of platelet adhesion and activation.However,different types of chitosan show different hemostatic effects and mechanisms.This study investigated the hemostatic mechanism of carboxyl chitosan fibers and showed that carboxyl chitosan fibers could accelerate red blood cell and platelet aggregation to stop blood loss by rapidly adsorbing water in blood owing to their highly hydrophilic fiber structure.The carboxyl chitosan fibers would be widely applied in first-aid hemostasis fields.
