百草枯所致肺纤维化患者Ⅱ型肺泡表面抗原6粘糖蛋白与肺泡表面活性蛋白A、D及白介素6的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨百草枯所致肺纤维化患者Ⅱ型肺泡表面抗原6(KL-6)粘糖蛋白与肺泡表面活性蛋白A(SP-A)、肺泡表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)及白介素6(IL-6)的相关性。方法选取2016年6月—2017年2月青岛市中心医院收治的百草枯所致肺纤维化患者65例作为观察组,选取同期体检健康志愿者30例作为对照组。比较两组受试者血清KL-6粘糖蛋白、SP-A、SP-D、IL-6水平;百草枯所致肺纤维化患者血清KL-6粘糖蛋白水平与血清SP-A、SP-D、IL-6水平的相关分析采用Pearson相关分析。结果观察组患者血清KL-6粘糖蛋白、SP-A、SP-D、IL-6水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,百草枯所致肺纤维化患者血清KL-6粘糖蛋白水平与血清SP-A(r=0.573)、SP-D(r=0.466)、IL-6(r=0.521)水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论百草枯所致肺纤维化患者血清KL-6粘糖蛋白、SP-A、SP-D、IL-6水平明显升高,且血清KL-6粘糖蛋白水平与血清SP-A、SP-D、IL-6水平呈正相关,KL-6粘糖蛋白可作为诊断百草枯所致肺纤维化的参考指标及治疗靶点。Objective To investigate the correlations of KL-6mucoprotein with SP-A,SP-D and IL-6in pulmonary fibrosis patients caused by paraquat.Methods From June2016to February2017,a total of65pulmonary fibrosis patients caused by paraquat were selected as observation group in Qingdao Central Hospital,meanwhile a total of30healthy volunteers were selected as control group.Serum levels of KL-6mucoprotein,SP-A,SP-D and IL-6were compared between the two groups,and Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations of serum KL-6mucoprotein level with serum levels of SP-A,SP-D and IL-6in pulmonary fibrosis patients caused by paraquat.Results Serum levels of KL-6mucoprotein,SP-A,SP-D and IL-6in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis results showed that,serum KL-6mucoprotein level was positively correlated with serum levels of SP-A(r=0.573),SP-D(r=0.466)and IL-6(r=0.521)in pulmonary fibrosis patients caused by paraquat,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum levels of KL-6mucoprotein,SP-A,SP-D and IL-6are significantly elevated in pulmonary fibrosis patients caused by paraquat,meanwhile the serum KL-6mucoprotein level is positively correlated with serum levels of SP-A,SP-D and IL-6,respectively,which might be a diagnostic indicator or therapeutic target of paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis.
