摘 要:以4,4’-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和十二胺为原料,合成了阴离子型双子表面活性剂(UAGS-12),并与非离子表面活性剂月桂酸二乙醇酰胺(6501)组成混合表面活性剂,采用模拟地层水配制混合表面活性剂溶液,利用FTIR和表面张力测试等方法考察了混合表面活性剂溶液的驱油性能。实验结果表明,该混合表面活性剂具有良好的耐钙镁离子和高矿化度性能,对八面河原油具有良好的驱油效果。其中,m(UAGS-12)∶m(6501)=1∶2的混合表面活性MS_(1/2)的驱油效果最佳,油水界面张力可达到10^(-5) mN/m以下;当模拟地层水中加入混合表面活性剂后,溶液与石英表面和油岩表面间的接触角均明显减小;MS_(1/2)在高钙镁离子含量、高矿化度和较宽的油藏温度条件下,仍然具有优异的降低油水界面张力的性能,应用范围较宽。An anionic Gemini surfactant(UAGS-12)was synthesized from 4,4’-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and dodecylamine.The mixture of UAGS-12 and nonionic surfactant 6501 had good resistance to high calcium and magnesium ion concentration and high salinity.The mixed surfactant solution was prepared by simulated formation water,and the oil displacement performance of the mixed surfactant solution was investigated by FTIR and oil-water interfacial tension test.The experimental results showed that the mixed surfactant had good resistance to Ca^2+/Mg^2+and high salinity,and had a good oil displacement effect on Bamianhe crude oil.Oil displacement effect of the mixed surfactant MS1/2 with m(UAGS-12)∶m(6501)1∶2 was the best compared with other mixed surfactants,and its oil-water interfacial tension could reach below 10-5 mN/m.When mixed surfactants were added to the simulated formation water,the contact angles between the solution and the quartz surface and between the solution and the oil rock surface were obviously reduced.In addition,MS1/2 had excellent performance of reducing oil-water interfacial tension under the conditions of high Ca^2+/Mg^2+and high salinity in a wide reservoir temperature range.
