摘 要:采用过量浸渍法制备双金属Ni-Cu/SAPO-11系列催化剂,通过N_2吸脱-脱附、H_2-TPR、NH_3-TPD、Py-IR、XPS、TG等方法进行表征。以脂肪酸甲酯为原料,采用降流式固定床反应器对加氢脱氧及产物异构化反应的性能进行评价。表征结果显示,由于催化剂载体SAPO-11表面存在弱的和中等强度的B酸位,适量Cu的引入使Ni-Cu/SAPO-11催化剂在保持较高C_(15~18)收率的同时,能明显提高脂肪酸甲脂的转化率及产物异构化率。实验结果表明,在压力为1.5 MPa、氢油体积比1 200、重时空速为2.6 h-1的操作条件下,当Ni负载量为3%(w)、Cu负载量为1.4%(w)、温度为400℃时,催化剂具有相对较优的催化性能;此时原料转化率达99.7%,C_(15~18)收率为90.17%、异构化率为35.99%。The bimetallic Ni-Cu/SAPO-11 serial catalysts were prepared by excessive impregnation process and characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption,H2-TPR,NH3-TPD,Py-IR,XPS and TG methods.The hydrodeoxygenation of fatty acid methyl esters and consecutive isomerization of alkanes products were executed in a continuous down-flow fixed-bed reactor to evaluate the catalytic performances.The results showed that,owing to the weak and moderately strong B acid sites on the surface of the catalyst support SAPO-11,the introduced proper amount of Cu in Ni-Cu/SAPO-11 catalysts can significantly increase the conversion of fatty acid methyl ester and isomerization rate of paraffin products while maintain higher yield of C15-18.The results showed that,under the operating conditions of 1.5 MPa,V(H2)∶V(oil)1 200,and WHSV 2.6 h^-1,when Ni loading is 3%(w),Cu loading is 1.4%(w),at 400℃,the catalyst exhibited a better catalytic performance.The conversion rate of raw materials retained 99.7%,the yield of C15-18 90.17%,within the isomerization rate of C15-18 35.99%.
