疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺的反相微乳液聚合

摘　　要：以丙烯酰胺、2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸、可聚合表面活性单体烷基二甲基烯丙基氯化铵为聚合单体,Span80和Tween60为复合乳化剂,白油为连续相,采用反相微乳液聚合,在氧化还原引发体系下制备了乳液型疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺;对主要聚合条件进行了优化,并对产物进行了表征和性能评价。实验结果表明,当可聚合表面活性单体含量为2%(w)、体系亲水亲油平衡值为9.16～9.82、引发剂加量为0.1%(w)时得到的聚合物最稳定。通过动态光散射测定该聚合物溶液的平均粒径为84.4 nm,粒径分布均匀;通过FTIR表征证明该聚合物的结构达到了设计要求;聚合物放置5个月无分层和沉淀,具有良好的稳定性。同时该聚合物具有良好的溶解性能,配制的基液黏度在5 min内基本稳定。由该聚合物配制的压裂液在90℃和120℃下以170 s^(-1)的速率剪切120 min后表观黏度大于30 mPa·s,具有良好的耐温耐剪切性能。Hydrophobic modified polyacryamides were prepared,with white oil as continuous phase,acrylamide,2-acrylamide-2-methyl propane sulfonic acid and alkyl dimethyl diallyl ammonium chloride(CnDMAAC,n≥12)as polymerizable monomers,oxidation-reduction initiator system as initiator,and Span80 and Tween60 as emulsifying agents.The main polymerization conditions were optimized,and the products were characterized and evaluated.The most stable polymer could be obtained when CnDMAAC content was 2%(w),the hydrophile lipophilic balance value of the system was 9.16 to 9.82,and the initiator was added to 0.1%(w).The average particle size of the polymer solution was 84.4 nm and the particle size distribution was uniform by dynamic light scattering.The structure of the polymer was proved to meet the design requirements by the FTIR characterization.At the same time,the polymer had good solubility.The viscosity of the base liquid was basically stable in 5 min.The apparent viscosity of the fracturing fluid prepared by this polymer was higher than 30 mPa·s after shearing 120 min at 170 s-1,90℃and 120℃,showing that it had good temperature and shear resistance.
