摘 要:采用熔融挤出法制备了可降解聚丙交酯/淀粉复合材料,通过添加复合增容剂(丙三醇与环氧树脂),复合材料的力学性能和相容性得到明显改善。以塔河油田为研究对象,研究了地层因素对复合材料降解行为的影响。实验结果表明,塔河模拟水的弱酸性、高温度、搅拌剪切等因素,都可以加速复合材料的质量损失;聚丙交酯/淀粉复合材料在模拟水、125℃、搅拌速率300 r/min的条件下,经过48 h,质损率达98.2%,为该复合材料的现场应用提供了理论和数据支撑。At present,non-degradable materials are mainly used for the flow channel adjuster of petroleum exploitation,and the flow channel adjustment system requires that the particle size be designed according to the size of the fracture.In this paper,a new method of real-time description of formation fracture scale is presented.A new type of degradable flow channel adjuster,polylactide(PLA)/starch composite,was produced by melt extrusion.The results showed that the mechanical properties and compatibility of the composite were significantly improved by adding a compatibilization system(glycerin and epoxy resin).Taking Tahe oilfield as the research object,the influence of stratigraphic factors on the degradation of the PLA/starch composite was studied in laboratory.The results showed that the mass loss rate of the PLA/starch composite could be accelerated by the weak acidity of simulation water,raising temperature and increasing stirring shear.Under the conditions of Tahe simulation water,125℃and stirring speed 300 r/min,the PLA/starch composite was reduced by 98.2%and basically completely degraded after 48 h.It will provide theoretical and technical support for the field application of the PLA/starch composite.
