摘  要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,采用丙烯酸(AA)与壬基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(NPE-108)直接酯化合成丙烯酸壬基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯酯(NPEAA)作为聚硅氧烷稠油破乳剂中间体。通过红外光谱和核磁共振方法对产物进行了表征。研究了反应时间、反应温度、n(AA)∶n(NPE-108)、催化剂用量、阻聚剂用量等对酯化率的影响。在单因素实验的基础上,采用响应面分析法对酯化工艺进行优化。实验结果表明:在反应温度132℃、反应时间6 h、n(AA)∶n(NPE-108)=4.7∶1、催化剂用量5%(w)(占反应物总质量)、阻聚剂用量0.8%(w)(占反应物总质量)的条件下,酯化率达84.85%。In the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid catalyst and hydroquinone aspolymerization inhibitor,acrylic acid(AA)and nonylphenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether(NPE-108)were directly esterified to synthesize nonylphenol polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene acrylate(NPEAA)which could be used as polysiloxane viscous oil demulsifier intermediate.The results were confirmed by FTIR and 1H NMR.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature,acid-polyether ratio,catalyst amount,and polymerization inhibitor dosage on esterification rate were discussed.Based on a single factor experiment,the response surface methodology was used to optimize the process.The results showed that the esterification rate could reach 84.85%under the conditions of reaction temperature 132℃,reaction time 6 h,n(AA)∶n(NPE-108)4.7∶1,the amount of catalyst 5%(w),and the amount of polymerization inhibitor 0.8%(w).
