摘  要:目前国内外油田多数处于含水开采阶段,油水两相流蜡沉积问题亟需解决。综述了国内外对油水两相流蜡沉积机理、实验方法、动力学模型和影响因素的研究进展,重点分析了剪切剥离及老化机理,比较了冷板、冷指、旋转圆盘和环道实验装置的优缺点,并介绍了两种油水两相流蜡沉积模型。指出深入研究水相对油水两相流蜡沉积的影响,有利于认识油水两相流蜡沉积规律。Wax deposition has become a severe security problem in the oil industry.At present,most oil fields at home and abroad are in the water cut stage.The problem of wax deposition in oil-water two-phase flow urgently needs to be solved.The research progress of wax deposition mechanism,experimental method,dynamic model and influencing factors of oil-water two-phase flow is systematically expounded.The mechanism of shear peeling and the aging mechanism are emphatically analyzed.The cold plate,cold finger,turntable and annular pipe experimental devices are introduced,respectively,and their advantages and disadvantages are compared.Two models of oil-water two-phase flow wax deposition are introduced.The influence of water phase on oil-water twophase flow wax deposition is important to further study of wax deposition in oil-water two-phase flow.
