摘 要:髋部骨折病人多为骨质疏松较为严重的老年病人。随着老龄化社会的到来以及人口增长加速,髋部骨折病人数量呈现明显上升趋势。老年髋部骨折病人卧床时间长,基础疾病多,具有较高的并发症发生率和死亡率。加速康复外科(Enhanced Recovery After Surgery,ERAS)被证明是有效的围手术期处理措施。通过降低手术创伤的应激反应、减少并发症、降低死亡率,达到加速康复的目的。本文就ERAS在老年髋部骨折病人治疗中的应用进展进行综述。Most hip fracture patients are elderly patients with severe osteoporosis.With the coming of the aging society and the rapidly increased population,the number of hip fracture patients is also rising.The elderly hip fracture patients suffer longer bed lying time,more underlying diseases,higher complications occurrence and higher mortality.Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)has been verified to be an effective measure in peri-operation period.By reducing the stress reaction of operation trauma,reducing complications and decreasing the mortality rate,the patients could achieve the goal of accelerating recovery.This paper discusses the process of application of ERAS to the treatment of hip fracture in the elderly.
