摘  要:在微波布拉格衍射实验中,测定(100)面与(110)面入射角与衍射强度变化关系,可以验证衍射极大值随入射角变化的过程是否满足布拉格定律.实验证明,对于(100)晶面族,选取不同面作为散射点阵面时,测量结果有差异,引起这一差异的主要原因是木板的影响,测得其影响系数为0.66~0.70;而对于(110)晶面族,选取入射时有木板或出射时有木板的面作为散射点阵面,测量结果基本相同.In the microwave Bragg diffraction experiment,the relation between the incident angle of(100)and(110)planes and the variation of diffraction intensity can be determined to verify the Bragg law when the diffraction maximum changes with the incident angle.It was found that the measurement results of(100)family of lattice plane were different when different lattice planes were used as the scattering lattice plane,and the main reason for this difference was the influence of wood board,and its influence coefficient was 0.66~0.70.But for(110)family of lattice plane,the difference between the results was small.
