扶正抑艾汤对艾滋病患者免疫功能及生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察HAART疗法联合扶正抑艾汤治疗艾滋病的临床疗效和生存质量。方法:选取60例符合纳入标准的艾滋病患者,按照随机数字表法随机分为两组各30例。对照组采用HAART疗法,观察组在HAART疗法基础上配合扶正抑艾汤;治疗前后观察患者细胞免疫功能(CD4^+、CD8^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值)和生存质量(MOS-HIV)。结果:治疗后,两组患者细胞免疫功能(CD4^+、CD8^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+比值)得到明显改善(P<0.05),生存质量(MOS-HIV)得到明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:扶正抑艾汤能改善艾滋病患者的细胞免疫功能,提升艾滋病患者的生存质量。Objective:To observe the clinical effect and mechanism of HAART therapy combined with Fuzheng yiai decoction on AIDS.Methods:60cases of selected patients with AIDS,who met inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30cases in each group.The control group was treated with HAART therapy,while the observation group was treated with Fuzheng yiai decoction on the basis of HAART therapy.Cellular immune function(CD4^+、CD8^+level and CD4^+/CD8^+ratio)and quality of life(MOS-HIV)of patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,cellular immune function(CD4^+、CD8^+level and CD4^+/CD8^+ratio)of patiente in both groups was significantly improved(P<0.05);the quality of life(MOS-HIV)was significantly enhanced(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng yiai decoction can improve cellular immune function of patients with AIDS,and enhance the quality of life of patients with AIDS.
