摘  要:为验证血液检验用于鱼病诊断与健康评估的可行性,选取乌鳢、泥鳅两种亲缘关系较远的淡水鱼,并选用适宜致病菌株和剂量,实施非致死急性攻毒,开展感染后自愈过程外周血常规、血生化动态监测.结果:关键炎性指标、红细胞和血红蛋白指表均发生系统性动态变化,表现出炎症反应和β溶血从产生到逐步消除的协同病理变化过程.乌鳢、泥鳅虽然血项动态变化趋势相似,但其系统性指标差异反映出两者经历了不同程度的炎症和溶血病变,与攻毒后两者表观表现一致.实验证明,血液检验用于鱼病诊断和健康评估具有现实可行性.The cliniacal hematology examination is universal in medical field because of the advantages of simple,sensitive,rapid and accurate etc.In order to verify the applicability of hematopathology examination technique in fish disease diagnosis,two nonlethal experimental diseased fish models(Channa argus and Misgurnus anguillicaudatus)of acute bacterial infection were established.The peripheral blood samples were taken at the time of12,24and48hours after artificial infection.The physiological and biochemical indices were tested respectively,by which the dynamic study on hematopathology was carried out.The physiological indices such as WBC,indicator of bacterial inflammatory response,even other granulocytes,took place great procedural and systematic changes.The indices of RBC and haemoglobin(HGB)demenstrated that the diseased fish had experienced a course from suffering acute bacterial inflammation and hemocytolytic lesion to a rapid self rehabilitation.The blood biochemical study was not ideal.Though the blood indices of the C.argus and M.anguillicaudatus showed the similar variation trend,there are obvious differences between the two species.From these distinctions,the characteristics such as the immune capacity,the degree of infection,the intensity of inflammation,the hemolytic severity,even the length of self recovery between the two species could be find out.Conclusions:the establishment of an experimental diseased fish model is of great importance in the study of fish disease.The hematopathology examination technology is applicable in fish disease diagnosis and has a broad application prospect.But in View of the fact that we know little about fish hematopathology,there is still a great deal of research work to be done.
