国家女手国际大赛赛前心理准备与临场指挥的研究

摘　　要：本研究以中国国家女子手球队近年来参加的国际大赛赛前心理准备和临场指挥为研究对象.通过访谈法、案例分析法以及经验总结等方法概括并提炼了手球大赛赛前准备和临场指挥的内容体系和要求.主要结论如下:1)手球竞赛要求教练员与运动员在赛前进行高质量的心理准备,赛前心理准备包括心理状态调节、团队凝聚力建设、个性化心理准备、竞赛对手分析与应对、对比赛状况的预案等五个方面的内容;2)教练员的临场指挥是一个立体的系统,内容包括:临场指挥的策略与艺术、比赛进程预判与节奏控制、比赛突发事件的应急处理等等.The study aims to investigate mental preparation and spot command in the China national women′s handball team.Through interviews,case analysis and experience summary,the conclusion was drawn as follows:1)high quality psychological preparation was required before handball competition,which should include regulation of mental state,construction of team cohesion,personalized psychological preparation,competitor analysis and response as well as the status of the game plan,2)spot guidance of coach was an all sided system,which was summed up by the art and tactics of command,judgement of game progress,game rhythm control and treatment of emergencies.
