摘　　要：长期以来,高校物业管理人员仅发挥了后勤服务功能,而未被纳入实验室安全管理队伍当中;根据高校实验室危险源管理要求,结合物业企业的安全管理职责,从门岗安全管理等7个方面探讨了物业人员在实验室安全管理的重要作用,并针对当前物业安全管理中存在的问题提出了工作建议,以供各高校和物业企业参考借鉴。For a long time,university property management personnel have only played the role of logistics service,so they are not included in the laboratory safety management team.According to the requirements of university laboratory hazard management and safety management responsibilities of property enterprises,this paper probes into the important role of the property personnel in the laboratory safety management from seven aspects such as the door and post safety management,etc.,and puts forward some suggestions for the problems existing in the current property safety management so as to provide reference for universities and property enterprises.
