基于仓库系统软件实现实验耗材的综合管理

摘　　要：为加强实验室耗材管理,将仓库管理系统软件用于实验耗材管理的整个过程,包括耗材的申报、审批、采购、领用、使用和报废登记等。充分发挥总仓库的集散功能,同时为每个实验室建立了虚拟分仓库,使各实验室与总仓库之间即相对独立又有机结合,最大限度减少安全隐患。该方法可以实现实验耗材精确而快速的领用、使用和存量统计,极大降低了实验准备繁琐度,使耗材管理工作更为公开和透明。In order to strengthen the management of laboratory consumables,the system software for the warehouse management is used in the whole process of the management of experimental consumables,including the consumables declaration,approval,procurement,usage,scrap registration,etc.Full play is given to the distribution function of the general warehouse,and at the same time,a virtual sub-warehouse has been established for each laboratory,so that the relative independence and organic combination between the laboratories and the general warehouse can minimize the potential safety hazards.This method can achieve the accurate and fast usage,use and stock statistics,greatly reduce the tedious preparation of experiments,and make the management of consumables more open and transparent.
