摘  要:研究了三七皂苷对小麦幼苗苗高、主根长等生长指标以及过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、可溶性糖含量和可溶性蛋白质含量等生理指标的影响。结果表明,在0.01~100.00 mg·L^(-1)的质量浓度范围内,三七皂苷R1处理后,小麦幼苗的苗高、主根长、POD和SOD活性、可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白质含量均有所降低,苗高在质量浓度为0.10 mg·L^(-1)、主根长在质量浓度为100.00 mg·L^(-1)、SOD活性在质量浓度为0.01,0.10 mg·L^(-1)、可溶性糖含量在质量浓度为1.00 mg·L^(-1)、可溶性蛋白质含量在质量浓度0.01,0.10,10.00,50.00,100.00 mg·L^(-1)处理时达到显著水平;人参皂苷Rg1处理后,小麦幼苗的苗高和POD活性有所增加,SOD活性及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质含量有所降低,主根长和CAT活性呈现低促高抑的趋势;三七总皂苷处理后,小麦幼苗的苗高、POD和CAT活性及可溶性糖含量有所增加,主根长、SOD活性及可溶性蛋白质含量有所降低,但均未达到显著水平。三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rg1对小麦幼苗生长具有一定的抑制作用,但其化感指数相对较小。This article studied the effects of panax notoginseng saponins of different concentrations on wheat seedling growth indexes like shoot height and main root length,and physiological indexes like POD,SOD,CAT activities,and soluble sugar and soluble protein contents.The results were as follows.In the range of0.01-100mg·L^-1concentration,when treated with notoginsenoside R1,the shoot height,main root length,POD and SOD activity,soluble sugar content,soluble protein content of seedlings all decreased to some extent.The shoot height,main root length,SOD activity,soluble sugar content,and soluble protein content all reached significant levels respectively in the treatment or treatments of0.10mg·L^-1,100.00mg·L^-1,0.01and0.10mg·L^-1,1.00mg·L^-1,and0.01,0.10,10.00,50.00,100.00mg·L^-1.When treated with ginsenosides Rg1,the shoot height and POD activity of seedlings both increased in a way,while their CAT activity,soluble sugar content and soluble protein content all decreased to some extent,and the main root length and CAT activity of wheat seedlings showed the trend of low concentrations promoting and high concentrations inhibiting.When treated with PNS,the shoot height,CAT and POD activity,soluble sugar content of wheat seedlings all increased in a way,while their main root length,SOD activity and soluble protein content all decreased to some extent,but none of which reached the significant level.Notoginsenoside R1and ginsenosides Rg1had some inhibitory effects on the growth of wheat seedlings,but the allelopathic index was relatively weak.
