摘 要:三轴搅拌桩作为水泥土搅拌桩的常用类型,被广泛应用于工程中作为止水帷幕或地基处理,但三轴搅拌桩在泥炭质土层应用时会面临水泥与有机质不能有效发生化学反应、注浆过程中返浆现象严重等问题,成桩质量难以保证。基于此,依托昆明滇池盆地泥炭质土分布区域的相关实际工程,深入探索和研究,总结形成了一套较为完善的深厚泥炭质土层中的三轴搅拌桩施工工艺技术措施、成桩要点,为后续基坑工程、地基处理工程提供参考。As a commonly used type of cement-soil mixing pile,the three-axis mixing pile is widely used in engineering for water-stop curtain or foundation treatment.However,when the three-axis mixing pile is applied in peat soil layer,it will face problems such as the inability of cement and organic matter to have chemical reaction effectively,the phenomenon of serious bleeding and so on during the grouting process,so it is difficult to ensure the pile-forming quality.Based on this,as well as on an in-depth exploration and research on the relevant practical projects in the peat soil distribution area of Kunming Dianchi Basin,a relatively complete set of technical measures of construction technology and key pile-forming points of the three-axis mixing pile in the deep peat soil layer is summarized and developed,which can provide references for subsequent foundation pit and foundation treatment engineering.
