摘  要:针对建筑狭小空间处支模难、施工质量不易控制的问题,设计了一种大钢模板,该模板背楞采用双向槽钢,并在双向槽钢间焊接与对拉螺栓匹配的螺母,在模板吊装完成后,通过对拉螺栓将模板单侧加固、校正到位,然后浇筑混凝土,以完成狭小空间处剪力墙施工。该技术在保证墙体混凝土施工质量的同时,缩短了施工工期,节约了施工成本,取得了良好的社会和经济效益。Aiming at the problems of difficult support of formwork and uneasy control of construction quality in narrow space of the building,a large steel formwork is designed.Bi-directional channel steel is used for the dorsal bar of the formwork,and the nuts that match split bolts are welded in the bi-directional channels.After the formwork hoisting iscompleted,one side of the formwork is reinforced and corrected in place by pulling bolts and the concrete is poured.So the shear wall construction in narrow space is completed.The technology can ensure the concrete construction quality of wall body,shorten the construction period,and save the construction cost,which achieves good social and economic benefits.
