摘  要:针对短线法预制存在的作业连贯性差,且模具和构件周转不方便,工期长、效率低等问题,通过分析上海地区轨道交通工程特点,提出一种新型同向流水组织长线法预制节段梁工艺,并介绍应用该工艺制作节段梁的装置及施工关键技术要点。实践表明:该工艺可有效地保证梁体线形,不仅可有效提高工程整体质量,还可显著提高施工效率和设备的利用率。In view of shortcomings of the short-line prefabrication method,such as poor continuity of construction,inconvenient turnover of moulds and components,long production duration,low efficiency,etc.,and through analyzing the characteristics of rail transit engineering in Shanghai area,a new type technology of parallel flow organization long-line method is proposed for prefabrication of rail transit segment girders.The equipment for prefabrication of segment girder by such technology and key technical points of construction are introduced.The practice indicates that such technology can effectively ensure the girder alignment,which can effectively improve not only the overall quality of the project,but also the construction efficiency and equipment utilization.
