摘　　要：目的研究封闭式负压吸引(VSD)技术联合胎盘多肽注射液对四肢开放性骨折术后感染的临床效果。方法将80例四肢开放性骨折术后伤口感染患者随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用VSD治疗,观察组采用VSD联合静脉滴注胎盘多肽注射液治疗。对比两组治疗效果、康复指标及治疗前后血清炎症因子变化。结果与对照组比较,观察组治疗总有效率高(P <0.05),康复指标时间短(P <0.05);治疗后,两组血清炎症因子水平均降低(P <0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论VSD技术联合胎盘多肽注射液可促进四肢开放性骨折术后伤口感染患者的伤口愈合,降低机体炎症水平,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the clinical effects of vacuum-sealing drainage(VSD) combined with placental polypeptide injection in the treatment of postoperative infection of open fractures of extremities. Methods A total of 80 patients with postoperative wound infection of open fractures of extremities were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group(n =40,respectively). The control group was treated with VSD and the observation group with VSD combined with intravenous drip of placental polypeptide injection. The effects, rehabilitation indicators and the changes in serum inflammatory factors before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher the overall response rate(ORR)(P < 0.05) and shorter rehabilitation indicator time(P < 0.05); after the treatment, the levels of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups decreased(P < 0.05), and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion VSD combined with placental polypeptide injection can promote wound healing in patients with postoperative wound infection of open fractures of extremities, lower inflammatory levels and improve the effects.
