摘  要:精馏后的成品双乙烯酮为无色或淡黄色液体,但在精馏前其颜色深,杂质多,在很大程度上增加了中控分析的难度;虽然手工滴定分析简便快捷,但受方法的限制,很难准确反映各成分的含量。为提高分析精度,通过对不同分析方法进行对比,发现对样品进行蒸馏预处理后再用气相色谱进行分析,其结果能准确反映样品中各成分的含量。The finished diketene after rectification is a colorless or pale yellow liquid,but it has deep color and many impurities before rectification,which greatly increases the difficulty of the on line analysis.Although the manual analysis is simple and fast,it is difficult to reflect the accurate content of each component under restrictions.In order to improve the analysis precision,different methods were compared,and it was found that when the samples were subjected to distillation pretreatment and then analyzed by gas chromatography,the results could accurately reflect the content of each component in the sample.
