摘　　要：对国产数控机床状态监控技术进行了研究,设计了一套应用于国产数控机床的设备状态监控系统。该系统软件采用C/S与B/S相结合的体系结构,通过以太网及通讯服务器将机床接入计算机网络,实现了机床运行状态的实时监控和相关参数采集存储。与MES系统集成,统计机床的效率,对各类机床信息和生产信息进行妥善管理。The technology of equipment status monitoring for domestic NC machine was studied,and a of equipment status monitoring system for domestic NC machine was designed.This system adopted the architecture of C/S combined with B/S,connected machines to the comuter network through ethernet and communiction server,and realized the real-time monitoring of running statement and the data collection and storage of relevant parameter.Intergrated with MES,the efficiency of machine was counted,and the information of machines and manufacture was managed properly.
