遮荫条件下赤霉素处理对半夏农艺性状及品质性状的影响

摘　　要：采用盆栽技术,在遮荫条件下进行赤霉素(GA_3)处理,对半夏的农艺性状及品质性状进行研究。结果表明,遮荫但不进行GA_3处理(遮荫对照)和遮荫+GA_3处理的半夏叶长、叶宽、叶面积、株高、块茎数、块茎鲜重、总黄酮含量和蛋白质含量均高于不遮荫且不进行GA_3处理(空白对照);遮荫+100 mg/L GA_3处理的半夏块茎数、块茎鲜重、总黄酮含量和蛋白质含量均高于遮荫+50 mg/L GA_3处理、遮荫对照和空白对照,叶长、叶面积和株高与遮荫+50 mg/L GA_3处理和遮荫对照间无显著差异,但均显著高于空白对照。The agronomic traits and quality traits of Piniella ternata(Thumb.) Breit. were studied by means of pot culture technique under shading and GA3 treatments.The results showed that the leaf width,leaf area,plant height,tuber number,fresh weight of tuber,total flavonoid content and protein content of the shading control(shade,no GA3 treatment)and shading+GA3 treatments were higher than the blank control(no shade,no GA3 treatment). The leaf width,tuber number,fresh weight of tuber,total flavonoid content and protein content of shading +100 mg/L GA3 treatment were higher than that of shading+50 mg/L GA3 treatment,shading control and blank control. The leaf length,leaf area and plant height of shading+100 mg/L GA3 treatment had no significant difference with that of shading+50 mg/L GA3 treatment and shading control,but were significantly higher than the blank control.
