摘  要:以4个广东紫珠太空诱变育种的F_3家系及普通广东紫珠作对照为研究对象,采用高效液相色谱法测定广东紫珠药材中连翘酯苷B和金石蚕苷的含量。结果表明,4个优选诱变后的广东紫珠品系药物总含量与对照普通广东紫珠比较差异不明显;萍紫94#、萍紫142#连翘酯苷B、金石蚕苷含量有向根部富集的特征,不同品系广东紫珠不同部位连翘酯苷B、金石蚕苷含量均表现为根>叶>茎枝。Taking four F3 family varieties of Callicarpa kwangtungensis with space mutation breeding as study object,and took common Callicarpa kwangtungensis as CK,the contents of forsythiaside B and poliumoside were measured by high performance liquid chromatography method.The results showed that,compared with CK,there was no significant difference of the total drug content between the four optimized mutation Callicarpa kwangtungensis varities and CK;the contents of forsythiaside B and poliumoside were high in root of Ping-zi 94# and Ping-zi 142#;the contents of forsythiaside B and poliumoside in Callicarpa kwangtungensis showed a gradient of root>leaf>stem.
