不同药剂组合对西瓜生长影响及病害防效研究

摘　　要：为探索西瓜生长期病害防治的有效药剂,开展了生长前期用32.5%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂+62.5 g/L精甲·咯菌腈悬浮剂+益施帮氨基酸水溶肥灌根,结合抽蔓期用32.5%苯甲·嘧菌酯悬浮剂1 500倍液叶面喷雾的防治试验。结果表明,32.5%苯醚·甲环唑悬浮剂前期灌根对植株生长有抑制作用,随着剂量增加,节数变少、节间缩短;益施帮氨基酸水溶肥对植株生长有促进作用,能够部分抵消32.5%苯醚·甲环唑悬浮剂的抑制作用;32.5%苯醚·甲环唑悬浮剂1 500倍液每隔10 d叶面喷雾1次对叶枯病防效较好;前期药剂组合浇根处理对中后期的根腐病有防治作用。In order to study the effective fungicides for the prevention of watermelon diseases in growing period,field experiment was conducted with 32.5% Difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC +62.5 g/L Metalaxy-M·fludioxonil SC +Isabion amino-acid water-soluble fertilizer irrigating in early stage,and with 32.5 % Difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC 1 500 times spraying on the leaves per 10 days from vine growth stage.The results showed that the early root irrigation with 32.5% Difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC could inhibit the growth of plants,as the dose increased,the number of nodes were less and the internode length was shorter.Isabion amino-acid water-soluble fertilizer could improve the growth of watermelon,the promoting effects could partially offset the inhibition of 32.5% Difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC.There was excellent efficacy of 32.5% Difenoconazole·azoxystrobin SC1 500 times on control of leaf spot disease of watermelon by leaf spraying per 10 days.There was a certain preventive effect of pharmaceutical irrigating in early stage on watermelon root rot occurred in the middle and late stages.
