摘 要:为了获取大量的红锥扦插繁殖穗条,探索较为完备的红锥采穗圃营建技术,开展了不同类型扦插穗条、不同浓度生根剂处理对红锥穗条生根率影响的试验。结果表明,半木质化红锥穗条生根率优于其他类型穗条,且以400 mg/L ABT生根促进剂处理效果最好。In order to obtain a large number of cuttings for propagation of Castanopsis hystrix,and to build its cutting nursery,a more complete construction technology of Castanopsis hystrix cutting nursery was explored,the effects of different types of cutting and different concentration of rooting agents on the rooting rate of Castanopsis hystrix were studied. The results showed that the concentration of 400 mg/L ABT had the best treatment effect,and the rooting rate of semi-lignified cuttings was better than other types of cuttings.
