摘 要:为研究低海拔地区藏鸡的生长发育规律,试验采用Bertalanffy、Gompertz和Logistic 3种生长模型分别对藏鸡0~20周龄体重数据进行了拟合和分析。结果表明,Bertalanffy模型拟合效果最好,公鸡和母鸡的拟合度分别为0.998和0.997,与观测结果也较接近,Bertalanffy模型对低海拔藏鸡生长曲线进行拟合是可行的;此外,通过模型可知,公鸡和母鸡的拐点体重分别为804.30 g和593.44 g,拐点周龄分别为11.24周和10.30周。本研究结果为开展低海拔地区藏鸡专门化品系选育提供了理论依据。In order to study the growth and development rules of Tibetan chickens at lower altitudes,Bertalanffy,Gompertz and Logistic growth models were used to fit and analyze the weight growth curve of Tibetan chicken aged from 0 to 20 weeks.The results showed that Bertalanffy model had the best fitting effect,the fitting degree of cock and hen was 0.998 and 0.997 respectively,which was close to the observation results. Bertalanffy model was feasible to fit the growth curve of Tibetan chickens at low altitudes.In addition,according to the model,the inflection point weight of cock and hen was 804.30 g and 593.44 g respectively,and the inflection point age of cock and hen was 11.24 weeks and 10.30 weeks respectively.The results of this study provided a theoretical basis for the selection and breeding of specialized breeds of Tibetan chickens at low altitude.
