摘　　要：实施乡村振兴战略,是我党立足新时代解决"三农"问题顶层设计和做好"三农"工作的总抓手,是一个系统工程。在工程视野中,以乡村为主体,供给是前提也是条件。围绕战略思想、产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理、生活富裕、经验七个方面进行探讨,形成以供给侧创新为主线的令研究者与实践者共鸣的成果是实施乡村振兴战略的实践需要。To carry out the rural vitalization strategy is the Party’s top-level design for solving the problems related to agriculture,rural areas and rural residents.It is also the starting point for the work and a systematic engineering.In the perspective of engineering,rural areas are the main body,while the supply side is both preconditions and prerequisite.In the Rural Vitalization Strategy Forum of2018,the strategic thought,thriving business,livable ecology,rural civilization,rural administration,rich life and experience related to the topic were discussed.
