我国社会养老服务供给不足的表现、原因及对策

摘　　要：与人口老龄化的发展进程相比,我国养老服务的供给水平相对不高,主要表现为供给内容单调、供给结构不合理以及供给质量不高。本文试图运用实证分析的方法,从人、财、物三个方面,找出提高我国养老服务供给水平的政策措施。In view of the ageing process of population,the supply level of social endowment service in China is relatively low.The supply content is monotony,the supply structure is unreasonable and the supply quality is poor.In this paper,by empirical analysis,the author proposes some measures to improve the supply level of social endowment service from aspects of personnel,finance and material resources.
