河南地区回弹法检测混凝土测强曲线的试验研究

摘　　要：通过对选定龄期为14 d、28 d、60 d、90 d、180 d和365 d的混凝土试件进行回弹值、碳化值和抗压强度值试验研究,得出了适用于河南地区回弹法检测混凝土强度的测强曲线。该曲线有效测强范围10～70 MPa,相较于现行国家规程中的统一测强曲线,回弹法测强范围得到提高,推定精度也得到有效提高,可为制定符合河南省回弹法测强曲线提供重要依据,同时为提高河南省非破损检测技术水平提供参考。Study on the rebound value,carbonization value and compressive strength value of concrete specimens that the selected age for a period of 14 d,28 d,60 d,90 d,180 d and 365 d,it obtained the strength test curve is suitable for the detection of concrete strength by rebound method in Henan area,the curve of effective measuring range of 10 ~ 70 MPa,compared to the current national regulations in the unified strength test curve,measuring range rebound method is improved,the presumption of accuracy is greatly improved,can be formulated in accordance with the province rebound method provides an important basis for measuring curve,and to provide reference for improving the level of non damage detection technology in Henan province.
