摘　　要：目的:分析Sysmex XT-4000i型全自动血细胞分析仪的临床检测性能及质量控制情况。方法:对XT-4000i的精密度(批内、批间)、线性、携带污染率及质量控制情况进行评价;将60例患者样本同时在ABBOTT CD-1800(简称CD-1800)和XT-4000i测定白细胞(WBC)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血小板(PLT)、红细胞平均体积(MCV),对结果进行比对,验证两台仪器同一检测项目结果的相关性。汇总2015年室内、室间质量控制情况进行分析。结果:XT-4000i的精密度、线性、携带污染率均在规定的允许范围内;与江苏省临床检验中心参比仪器CD-1800比对结果相关性好,相关系数分别为白细胞计数r=0. 998 6、红细胞计数r=0. 985 0、血红蛋白测定r=0. 9985、血小板计数r=0. 998 1、红细胞平均体积r=0. 992 9。我们参加2015年上半年卫计委、江苏省临检中心全血室间(WBC、RBC、HGB、PLT、MCV)质评成绩:平均偏倚<1/4 CLIA'88 TEa,全部成绩为优秀合格。结论:XT-4000i的临床应用及质量控制情况总体来说符合较好的全自动血细胞分析仪要求。Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and quality control of XT-4000 i Sysmex automatic blood cell analyzer. Method The XT-4000 i precision( intra and inter),linear,carryover,and quality control was evaluated; 60 patients samples at the same time in ABBOTT( CD-1800) CD-1800 and XT-4000 i in white blood cell( WBC),red blood cell( RBC),hemoglobin( HGB),platelet( PLT),mean corpuscular volume( MCV),the results were comparison,correlation verification of two instruments of the same test results. To summarize the quality control of the indoor and the room in2015. Results XT-4000 i precision,linearity and contamination rate were within the allowable range specified; and the Jiangsu Provincial Center for clinical laboratory reference instrument CD-1800 results had good correlation,the correlation coefficients were r = 0. 998 6,white blood cell count,red blood cell count and hemoglobin determination r = 0. 985 0 the average r = 0. 998 5,r = 0. 998 1,platelet count,erythrocyte volume r = 0. 992 9. In the first half of 2015,Jiangsu Province Planning Commission clinical inspection center blood chamber( WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT,MCV),Our quality assessment score: the average bias < 1/4 CLIA ’88 TEa,all achievement was qualified. Conclusion The clinical application and quality control of XT-4000 i are in good agreement with the requirements of the automatic blood cell analyzer.
