自血疗法联合活肾排毒方对改善终末期肾脏病患者心功能及生存质量的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨自血疗法联合活肾排毒方对改善终末期肾脏病患者心功能及生存质量的影响。方法:选取终末期肾脏病患者96例,依照系统随机化法分为A、B组各48例。A组在常规治疗基础上给予透析治疗,B组在A组基础上联合使用自血疗法和活肾排毒方,对两组患者治疗后心功能、生存质量、心脏射血分数、肺动脉压力、左心室肥厚程度和不良反应进行分析。结果:治疗后两组心功能评分均低于治疗前,且B组评分低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05); B组治疗后生存质量优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗后两组心脏射血分数均高于治疗前,肺动脉压力、LVST、LVDd和LVPWT水平均低于治疗前,且B组上述指标均优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组均未发生明显不良反应,且两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论:自血疗法联合活肾排毒方能够明显改善终末期肾脏病患者的心功能和生存质量,提高心脏射血分数,降低肺动脉压力和左心室肥厚程度,不良反应较少。Objective To investigate the effect of autohemotherapy combined with huoshen detox prescription on improvement of cardiac function and quality of life in patients with end-stage renal disease. Method 96 patients with end-stage renal disease treated in our hospital were selected and divided into group A( n = 48) and group B( n = 48) according to systematic randomization method. Group A was given dialysis on the basis of routine treatment. Group B was given autohemotherapy and huoshen detox prescription on the basis of group A. Cardiac function,quality of life,cardiac ejection fraction,pulmonary artery pressure,degree of left ventricular hypertrophy,and adverse reactions were analyzed after treatment. Results After treatment,the scores of cardiac function in both groups were lower than that before treatment and the scores in group B were lower than that in group A,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05); The quality of life of group B after treatment was better than that of group A( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,the ejection fractions of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the pulmonary artery pressure,LVST,LVDd,and LVPWT were lower than before treatment,and the above indexes in group B were better than those in group A( P < 0. 05); There was no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups,and no difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Autohemotherapy combined with Huoxue Detoxification can significantly improve the cardiac function and quality of life in patients with end-stage renal disease,increase the cardiac ejection fraction,reduce pulmonary artery pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy,and have fewer adverse reactions.
