循证护理在宫外孕腹腔镜治疗减少并发症中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证护理在宫外孕腹腔镜治疗减少并发症中的应用价值。方法:以采用腹腔镜治疗的宫外孕患者60例为研究对象,采用随机抽取的方式将患者分为两组,每组各30例。采用常规护理用于对照组,采用循证护理用于观察组,将两组的护理效果进行比较。结果:观察组的术后并发症发生率为13. 33%,显著低于对照组的63. 33%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:对于腹腔镜治疗的宫外孕患者,采用循证护理模式可降低术后并发症的发生率,具有重要的临床价值。Objective To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopy. Method 60 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopy were selected as the research object. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. Routine nursing was used in the control group and evidence-based nursing was used in the observation group. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 13. 33%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group( 63. 33%),the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy treated by laparoscopy,evidence-based nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which has important clinical value.
