摘 要:传统的光缆结构、制造工艺及施工方式已不能完全满足日趋饱和及紧张的管路资源,创新的气吹微型光缆的敷设方式在欧洲、北美等电信运营商使用十分普遍,并且要求微型光缆具有大芯数、小外径、施工方便的特点。本文主要介绍了目前欧美市场大芯数、小截面需求下的新型气吹微型光缆结构类型,并从结构特点、性能特性、制造工艺及应用前景等方面进行了管道容量分析。With the rapid development of the telecom industry and increasingly specified market demand,the traditional structure,manufacturing technique,and installation method of fiber optic cables are no longer consistent with the increasingly saturated and limited pipeline resource.Therefore,fiber optic cables with large fiber count,small outer diameter(OD),and simple installation method,which satisfy the new market demand,have become more and more popular among users.This article mainly introduces a new type of optical fiber cable structure under the requirement of large fiber count and small cross-sectional area.The article also analyzes the structural characteristics,performance characteristics,manufacturing technique and application prospects to serve as a reference for the research,design,manufacture,and application personnel of fiber optic cables.
