摘　　要：本文介绍了一种新型的中心管式结构8字形光缆生产工艺。该工艺实现了成缆与护套一次成型。通过生产试验证明,工艺和设备的稳定性好,光缆产品各项测试均符合要求。与现有光缆制造工艺相比,提高了生产效率,精简了设备,缩短了半成品周转期,减少了生产成本。In this paper,we mainly describe a new manufacturing technology of Fig-8 optical fiber cable with central tube type.This method realized the one-step forming process for the cable and the protective.It has been proved by production that it is has good stability of the process and equipment,and the test results of optical fiber cable meet the standards.Compared with the conventional optical cable manufacturing process,it improved the production efficiency of optical cable production,simplified the equipment,shortened turnaround period of semi-finished products,and reduced the production cost.
