摘  要:通过将电热塞和火花塞组合的方式,在一台快速压缩-膨胀机上实现了一种新型的燃烧模式——两级助燃均质压燃(two-stage assisted compression ignition,TACI),旨在更好地控制HCCI燃烧过程.研究表明:甲醇燃料的TACI燃烧模式在低圧缩比下表现为典型的SI燃烧特性,在较高压缩比下呈现出SI-HCCI的两阶段放热特性.相比电热塞辅助压燃,TACI能够通过火花点火直接、稳定地控制燃烧相位;相比火花塞辅助压燃,TACI的工作范围广,压缩比低.适合TACI的甲醇当量比范围是0.6~0.8.A novel combustion mode,two-stage assisted compression ignition(TACI),was achieved on a rapid compression and expansion machine by combining a glow plug and a spark plug,for better control of the combustion process for homogeneous charge compression ignition(HCCI).Results reveal that the TACI combustion mode of methanol exhibits typical spark ignition(SI)combustion characteristics at low compression ratios,and a twostage heat release characteristic of SI-HCCI at higher compression ratios.Compared with the glow-plug assisted compression ignition,TACI can directly and stably control the combustion phase using SI.Compared with spark assisted compression ignition,TACI has a wider working range and a lower compression ratio.The proper methanol equivalent ratio for TACI ranges from0.6to0.8.
