百令胶囊治疗支气管哮喘疗效及安全性的系统评价

摘　　要：[目的]系统评价百令胶囊治疗支气管哮喘的疗效与安全性。[方法]计算及检索CNKI、VIP、WanFang Data、The Cochrane Library、Sinomed、PubMed、EMbase数据库,搜集百令胶囊联合其他西药治疗支气管哮喘的随机对照试验(RCT),检索时间为2017年3月。由2位研究者按照纳入与排除标准独立进行文献筛选、数据提取、质量评价并采用RevMan5.3软件进行统计分析。[结果]纳入7个研究,共734例患者,其中治疗组387例,对照组347例。Meta分析结果显示,动脉血氧分压(PaO2)[WMD=7.13,95%CI(6.32, 7.94),P<0.000 01],总有效率[RR=1.25,95%CI (1.17,1.33),P<0.000 01]。显示安全性方面,仅有4个研究提及治疗期间有无不良反应及毒副作用,未报告严重的不良反应事件。[结论]百令胶囊联合其他西药治疗支气管哮喘的疗效优于其他药物的单独使用,且未见有严重不良反应的报道。但由于纳入试验方法学质量低下、结局指标差异性大等原因,其潜在的疗效还需高质量的随机双盲对照试验来验证。[Objective]To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Bailing Capsule in the treatment of bronchial asthma.[Methods]We electronically searched databases including PubMed,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,Sinomed,EMbase,VIP,and WanFang Data to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about Bailing Capsule for bronchial asthma from inception to Mar.2017.Two reviewers independently screened literature,extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies.Then,meta-analysis was performed using RevMan5.3software.[Results]Seven RCTs involving734patients were included.The results of meta-analysis showed that:arterial partial pressure of oxygen[WMD=7.13,95%CI(6.32,7.94),P<0.00001].Total effective rate[RR=1.25,95%CI(1.17,1.33),P<0.00001].[Conclusion]Current evidence shows,combined treatment shows better effects than Bailing Capsule alone without western medicine.We don’t find any serious adverse reaction reports Due to limited quality and quantity of the included studies,more high quality studies are needed to verify the above conclusion.
